At Laced, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
